DO YOU NEED TO SEND US INFORMATION?

So what do we need to give you advice and a costing about any particular project you may have?

1. Your contact details, so Name, Contact number and email

2. A Brief description of the Project

3. Where will it be used? UK, Abroad, Moving from site to site or in a static marketing location

4. If in a fixed marketing suite the dimensions you have to work with and access routes into it (a floor plan of the marking suite is ideal here if you have it)

5. A scale you would like the model at or think is appropriate (don't worry if you don't yet know... that is one of the many things we can advise you on)

6. The time scale you are currently working with and the delivery deadline for the model

7. Any plans,elevations and sections for the project. PDF's are fine at this stage or CAD drawings (.dwg files) if you have them.

8. Any C.G.I's you may already have had done for the project

9. Any reference to site levels on the project if you have them

10. Any site photo's

If you are sending any of the above by the internet and if it is above 10mb in size please use your own FTP Download server (Like Dropbox) to do so if you have one. Alternatively if easier for you we will issue you with a private link to our own FTP server which you can then use to upload the information too. This is a far more efficient way to send large amounts of data and doesn't clog up the email systems at your or our ends.
